Once the assessment report has been completed and delivered, video recordings of assessments (if applicable) will be deleted immediately and test papers and client questionnaires shredded. Your final assessment report will be held by Dyslexia Discovery, for 7 years. During this time, you will be able to ask for an electronic copy of the report and/or password. Please note there will be an administration charge for this. We would therefore strongly recommend that you keep a copy of your report securely. After this time Dyslexia Discovery, will not be able to supply you with a copy of your report.
